Mike Scogna is a former Fortune 500 executive who has helped people in over forty countries develop and execute effective strategies that deliver outstanding results.

He helped SBC (now AT&T) build an international business from zero to $200 million dollars in three years.

Mike helped Ameritech, a $16 billion dollar company, enter China and build a pioneering mobile phone business.

He helped WilTel a $1 billion dollar company profitably triple division sales in eight months while they entered and emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

Mike led the Executive Officers Club, a group of over one hundred business and not-for‐profit leaders dedicated to leadership, community and excellence.

He was a guest lecturer for Stanford MBA students visiting China and taught at China’s Tianjin Institute of Foreign Trade.

Mike has an MA from Johns Hopkins, a BA from Penn State (Phi Beta Kappa) and has completed coursework at the University of Chicago, National Taiwan University and Fu Jen University.

He speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and is a keynote speaker on leadership.
