• Managed the development of a multi-platform WiFi connectivity manager with social features such as file sharing, instant messaging and WiFi quality ratings.
• Helped secure a patent on a software-based secure WiFi sharing system.

Responsible for the development and deployment of advanced technology on the existing TETRA digital radio network operated by the Catalan Fire Department, such as automated command & control systems to direct helicopters and aircraft to fire drop zones, vehicle and personnel location systems, and data communications for mobile C&C vehicles.
Key achievements:
• Rolled out one of the largest TETRA infrastructures at the time, with over 200 base stations and 15.000 mobile terminals.
• Designed and built several advanced systems such as an analog-to-digital gateway with remote control over SDS messaging, and DMO-to-DMO failover repeaters.
