My professional experience includes over 20 years of Macintosh and Apple Computer product sales, service and training. I have been extensively trained on many aspects of Macintosh operating systems dating back to the original System Software to the the current Mac OS X 10.5, Leopard.
I have also been trained in networking, both wired and wireless and I am certified as a Category 6 cable installer for hard wire networks.
My goal is to build my consulting company into a base for business and individual Macintosh/iPod/iPhone users to get information from in establishing or upgrading their infrastructure with Apple products.
I am Apple certified as an Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist. I am also a Hubbel certified Category 6 Mission Critical Installer. I am A+ certified and I am currently training with Apple to be certified on Mac Os X 10.5, Leopard and Leopard Server.
