I specialise in defining and managing large scale process improvement efforts. I have experience in enabling teams in adoption of various software engineering practices, in both small teams and entire development organisations. I specialise in Use Case driven development, Analysis and Design with UML (Unified Modelling Language) and Iterative development as embodied by processes such as the Essential Unified Process (EssUP) and the IBM Rational Unified Process® (RUP).

I also specialised in Portfolio, Programme and Project Management as well as the Business Change practices necessary to make effective changes to the way people work in organisations.
