iRadius was an Internet Startup with unique concept, proprietary technology and design. I was the second employee of the company and carried the concept from the damp napkin stage to operational Beta Launch in 14 months. Built and Trained complete US and key members of International Management Team. Managed Product Research, Business Plan and concept, Marketing Concept, Consultant Management, Budget Planning and Tracking, Project Architecture and design. Managed Multi-national development including in-house and Consultant Teams.
Helped start, hire and train internal International development group (Israel). Wrote and filed patent documentation.

Responsible for Creation of RADVision-US Software Engineering Development Department. Focus on Carrier Class VoIP Telephony based on IETF-MGCP/MEGACO and H.GCP/H.248 protocol specifications.
Direct report to Vice President of Engineering. Management of staff of eight engineers. Personally interviewed and hired complete team in three months.
IETF/ITU-T contributor to the MGCP/MEGACO specifications.
Responsible for Departmental budget of $1.7M
Full organization of department including equipment procurement, systems setup, development environment and tools.
Development/Design responsibilities for MGCP based protocol stack. First production release scheduled for Q4-99.

Original design of patented APS2000 automated paging system, including low level drivers. Design and development of APS 2000 PCI in PROCOMM ASPECT script language.
Schedule/Resource management. Test/Debug support. Alpha and Beta site management. Product Rollout. Patent definition, review and attorney interface.
Original Design and development of patented DRDX remote downloadable MOH system. (PBX peripheral). Personally responsible for saving MiniMail, embedded PBX voice mail project. Project was eight months behind schedule the day I was hired, with over 300 outstanding alpha test problems. Product was released to production in 2 months with no outstanding bugs.
