Mike Jaffe is a motivational speaker, a business and personal leadership coach, a nationally published writer and the founder of Jaffe Life Design, LLC. He's been coaching and mentoring people and teams for more than 12 years. Mike combines his natural energy and motivational style with his solid business background to help clients clarify what they want from their lives and careers and then achieve the results they desire.

Mike is an energetic and passionate professional whose career experience includes business strategy and planning, new product development, client retention and loyalty, and product launch and support, for major global players such as American Express, Marsh and McLennan and JP Morgan Chase. Mike’s strong client orientation and entrepreneurial drive has been demonstrated as an international consultant, a customer loyalty leader, and as a founder of two independent small business startups.

He worked at the top of the World Trade Center and randomly decided to take a later train to work on the morning of 9-11, which ultimately saved his life. The rest of his team and many more colleagues and friends were not as fortunate.

The events of that day served as his wake-up call, leading him towards his calling to inspire and guide others in creating possibility for their own lives and careers without wasting another precious day.

Now Mike is committed to serving as a “Human WakeUp Call” for others. His unique approach combines the power and directness of coaching with his nurturing and supportive way. He empowers his clients to break free of their complacency, limiting beliefs and inactivity and stay focused and committed to reaching their goals while working to overcome the challenges that inevitably arise.

Mike received his MBA in Management and Marketing from NYU and his BBA in Management and Finance from SUNY Albany. Mike currently lives in Westport, CT.

“MOMFERENCE – A Meeting of the Moms SM” is a week long tele-summit celebrating, educating and empowering women who are moms from pregnancy to empty nest with children from birth to teens.

We’re bringing together an array of nationally-recognized experts to discuss challenges, share successes and offer tips and guidance on topics that are relevant to today’s moms, including Parenting, Career, Re-entering the Workforce, Being a Corporate Mom, Self-Care without Guilt, Wellness and Healthcare, Family Finances, and Relationships. Momference will donate 10% of registration fees to mom/women focused charities.

All of the sessions will be conducted as either conference calls or webcasts. No need to get a babysitter! No need to take time off work! No need to disrupt all those carefully balanced plans and schedules! Many programs will be available both live and in podcast format to allow timeshifted participation so moms can participate at a time that is convenient for them.
