Selling: master franchises and multi-unit deals resulting in regional expansion of top franchise businesses. Exceeded franchisors’ expectations.
Business development: Opened communication with top Geographic Information System (GIS) decision makers in 200 Texas municipalities– the result: new opportunities for consulting and software sales at these communities.
Advertising: Created and conducted Google advertising campaigns that produced 10X the number of sales opportunities previously generated.

Recruited 160 client companies to collaborate nationwide in web production and delivery of wide-format docunents. This resulted in faster, less expensive engineering projects, especially in highway improvement.

Negotiated OLE for Design and Modeling as a Microsoft OLE Industry Solution, resultingin Microsoft’s promoting Intergraph engineering software as the industry standard.
Oversaw conversion of $500 million engineering software products business from UNIX to Windows. The results – faster time to market with new products. This improved sales and market acceptance. Product support became more effective, less costly.
Created and delivered sales and marketing programs to 25 state DOT’s and at. the Federal Highway Administration as we converted our $500 million software business from UNIX to Windows. This enabled customers to adopt cheaper computers and software. Intergraph also provided better, more effective software delivery, customer training and support. As a result, nearly all DOTs and contractors now use Intergraph software for highway engineering. Designed and managed trade show exhibits and customer conferences worldwide. Company image grew, the international sales force presented a consistent company message. This enabled cross-selling among DOTs and engineering contractors around the world.
Received Intergraph’s Technical Achievement Award – the one and only person to receive it.
