Mike Francomb ACIR’s Summary

After graduating from West Point, I served as a field artillery officer in the Army for almost seven years. I served in Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm with the 24th ID out of Fort Stewart, GA. After Fort Stewart, I served for three years at Fort Sill, OK.

As I exited the Army in 1996, I started a real estate investment company with a family member and worked in that capacity for a couple of years.

In 1998, I joined the recruiting firm I'm currently with, RecruitMilitary. I've served in a variety of roles with the company, and I now primarily work with national accounts and manage our Cincinnati office operations. My customers receive a high degree of service, and the candidates I work with appreciate the depth of information provided to ensure we're making as close a match as possible for both parties.
