Social Media Breakfast-Toledo was established in early 2009, and has been conducting regular educational and networking events around social media marketing since April. The breakfasts are designed to enable marketers, PR professionals, entrepreneurs and business owners, bloggers, new media fanatics, social media practitioners and others interested in communication to meet, eat, share and learn about social media.
As one of a handful of SMB-Toledo founding members, I have been involved in organizing and developing event programs, promoting events, and other activities.
The Social Media Breakfast series was established by Bryan Person in Boston in August 2007, and has spread to more than a dozen cities throughout the United States, as well as in Canada and Singapore.
