I am the Director of Interactive Services specializing in Strategic Planning at Mighty Interactive, a Division of Off Madison Ave. I enjoy diving into audience research and data, and developing and executing marketing programs that produce meaningful results for the agency's largest clients and brands. Besides a love for all things digital, I enjoy expanding client and agency business alike through smart, creative, and resourceful teamwork and collaboration.
I began my interactive career in the project management arena, developing a wide breadth of interactive knowledge in website and product development. During this time I earned a certificate in project management from and PMP certification.
Soon after, my responsibilities were expanded to include oversight of all agency projects (with P&L accountability), direct management of the web development team, and leadership of the agency's account management and organic growth efforts. This included strategic planning responsibilities for all clients and knowledge expansion into digital attraction, conversion, and retention tactics.
Prior to joining Off Madison Ave, I was employed as Senior Strategic Planner with iCrossing where I was responsible for designing and implementing effective interactive programs for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, Coca-Cola, FedEx, and ConAgra Foods among others. This work involved regular interaction with resources ranging from account to C-level on both the client and agency side, as well as coordination across multiple disciplines and time zones. I also played a prominent role in organic and new business development.
