Client Services Manager at Groove Commerce

Currently working as the Client Services Manager at Baltimore-based eCommerce design, development, and marketing start-up Groove Commerce. I work on creating and managing marketing plans for eCommerce and Lead Generation websites which include SEO, PPC, copywriting, email marketing, social media marketing, online reputation management, and eCommerce consulting...and of course reporting all my efforts back to clients!
I'd like to get more experience in affiliate marketing, learn more about web design and front end development, attend more industry events, acquire professional certifications, and build a few more of my own websites.

I had a great experience at Loyola College, making lifetime friends and learning from a diverse group of professors that helped me advance my education and shape my personal growth. I was lucky to have the amazing opportunity to study abroad in London for a semester and travel all through Europe, an experience that most certainly changed my life for the better!
