The principle and owner of Batton Consulting Inc., a consulting company providing IT executive support and advisory services established in 2004. I am a former CIO for two financial services companies encompassing five years with a diverse IT professional experience of 25 years that includes: project management; software quality assurance and testing; systems architecture; development and support management; engagement management; vendor management; proposal, negotiation and contract activities; and, product lifecycle management.
My business focus during the last fifteen years has been on the credit and payment processing systems area. I have been involved with many of the major credit card companies and the industry's largest card processing providers. I have also been both a provider of IT products/services in this area and an IT consumer of those products/services.
