I designed this concept from scratch. I got robbed by attorneys when doing a private offering while taking a company public, I spent roughly $65,000 to raise $250,000. I started talking to others who had the same problem and decided to do something about it, so I developed this service. With this service you can conduct a complete private offering for under $1,000. -

Publicly Traded. Founded the company with a partner, developed the model from scratch, executed 3 local acquisitions, initially funded the company with personal funds, successfully conducted 3 private offerings, took the company from $0 revenue to public status on May 5, 2002, successfully acquired a Canadian Homeland Security Company called Sciax, spun out into InCredia on November 1, 2002. All (99%) of the shareholders of UGMI cashed out with 100%+ profits. I resigned from UGMI and left Sciax with a fully reporting company in excellent shape.
We did all of this through the termoil of 9-11 and the market crash.
