Mikael Westmark’s Summary

I'm heading the communications agency Westmark Information AB (www.westmarkinfo.com) in Sweden. I have more than 25 years experience of working as a consultant, information manager, corporate spokesperson and journalist.

In my previous life, I worked at Ericsson with strategic communication, issues and crisis management, media and message training, measurement and evaluation, etc. I was also Ericsson’s global spokesperson on health and safety (”radiation”) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for several years.

I have a background as a PR consultant and journalist, and was vice-president, owner and one of the founders of the PR agency Hill and Knowlton in Sweden.

Westmark Information is part of the Oriella PR Network - an alliance of communications agencies in 20 countries around the world. This partnership of independent agencies was built upon a set of global best practices and close working relationships not offered by other networks of its kind. The network was founded by Brands2Life and Horn Group with the support of agencies around the world with whom they have worked successfully on client projects.

I'm heading Westmark Information AB, a communication agency focusing on integrating the various communication disciplines on both a strategic and a practical level.
