Miguel Barrera Maureira’s Summary

Civil-Informatics Engineer, with experience in executive positions, maintaining the relationship among the IT management and several Client Areas, focused as IT consultant and assessor.

Said experience is constituted by several years working in a large company (One of the largest of Chile) with clients as diverse as Human Resources, Procurement, Mining Services, Geologists, etc., and also international experience (I worked in Japan)

I also guided and collaborated in the implementations of a few successful projects.
Good interpersonal/communication skills, and since 2004 I’m a prolific blogger.

In my free time I'm a freelance Software Developer mainly in the Python Language or supporting other works like some Chile ICT Industry Analysis for the Chilean Government.

My Professional-Purpose is to improve the nation's level of professionalism in Engineering.
