Our life path brings us to new directions sometimes...
On 28/4 I've been diagnosed a meningioma 3,5 cm wide. It was in my head since at least 14-15 years. A golf ball over my neck, above my cerebellum.
I've been risking to die for idrocefalus, many times.
On 29/4 I've been recovered on therapy in NeuroSurgery at Ospedali Riuniti Regionali delle Marche.
On 12/5 I've been operated by the equipe of Prof. Richliski: the operation lasted 9 hours, not a joke.
The meningioma has been TOTALLY removed, NO permanent or temporary damages of ANY kind to ANY part of my brain or cerebellum.
They only removed the Liquor Drainage on 17/5 morning, I still had a tube of 8 cm in my head.
Wednesday 19/5 they sent me back home from the hospital.
My brain has never been so clear and efficient, everything's perfect.
Just an ugly scar of 18 cm raising from my neck, and my hair 3 mm long for the moment.
I'm starting a new international foundation for tempestive information about meningioma. I know CAN save life of A LOT of people.
Many friends are going to help me in this new project, now it's VERY easy to know what, simply, has to be done.
Thus, I've started the new foundation Meningioma.it.
I've just setup a new site + forum at http://www.meningioma.it, I will translate in in every language of the world, only starting.
I'm going to setup a huge thing worldwide and I need the help of everybody who will want to support this project.
I'm really, finally, starting to feel much better in many ways. No more weird dreams or smells.
