She has been an instructor at Shasta [Community] College located in Redding, CA. She frequently consults with educators worldwide assisting and creating Virtual Office Professional (VOP) programs.

Michelle is an assistant organizer and member of the Sacramento Speaker’s Network, member of the Business Education Statewide Advisory Committee (BESAC) and the International Virtual Assistant’s Association (IVAA).

After joining BESAC as a member, then as a Steering Committee member, Michelle assisted in the implementation of a 27 unit VOP curriculum for California community colleges. She served three years on the grant project through completion.

Michelle is considered a leader in the VA community; she coaches and mentors new VAs through her own monthly expert teleseminar series as well as group coaching where she helps VAs gain the confidence they need to build a successful practice.

Michelle lives with her two teenage daughters and a 14-year old cat in Sacramento, CA. She enjoys working from home, reading historical fiction by her favorite author, Diana Gabaldon and entertaining friends or traveling.
