Michelle Duquette had been a commercial aircraft dispatcher for 10
years prior to joining MITRE's Center for Advanced Aviation Systems
Development in 2000. Since that time she has developed a solid
reputation as a multi-faceted research analyst, able to bridge the
translation between the analytical and operational worlds. Today,
Michelle is a Lead Multi-Discipline Systems Engineer in the NAS
Tactical Operations division working directly with the Air Traffic
Control System Command Center, field Traffic Management Units, and
Customer System Operations Control Centers to identify issues and recommend solutions.
