I have spent a couple months in Hardware.com (Kemble UK) gainable valuable experience of real working life. I spent my time assisting the European Sales Team in selling network and hardware items to
customers abroad. I have had a good oppurtunity to see the real work
of IT support.

Michele spent a month with us at Tyco, working with several engineers in the information technology department; he was given the opportunity to sample all aspects of our work. Please find a summary of our thoughts on Michele and his work.

Michele always listens then takes action. He was able to demonstrate his ability to understand a foreign language and seek clarification when required. His computer skills are competent for a university student. When tested on problem solving he took the correct steps to troubleshoot and asked for guidance when required. He is ambitious and hard workings, he will always do well. During the short time I spent with him his spoken English improved and his confidence grew. Michele was always on time and ready to do what is asked of him. His social skills were good and pleasant, I wish him luck and look forward to see him again he is a very intelligent likable young man.
