Michele Lorito-Chase founded Ghost Executive Group in 2006 on Sanibel Island, and by August of 2007 a multidisciplinary business development and online business management collaborative agency had evolved.

In 2007, Ms. Lorito-Chase recognized the sudden growth of social media networks and began studying the dynamics of social media communities and also the pioneers who were paving the way through web 2.0 technology- social and digital media.

As an innovative professional, Michele specializes in business development through social media relationships and marketing. She consults, speaks, instructs, and hosts a variety of events on social media, relationship marketing, virtual officing, and productivity.

Other contributions:

Affordable and Employee Housing Initiative: Facilitator and participant in think-tank strategic meetings for the development of affordable and employee housing initiatives in collaboration with community housing directors, finance professionals, city officials, and wealth managers to secure methods to engage faith-based, government and corporate partnerships. Formed associations for locating, writing, and securing grants, investor tax credits, and employer funded affordable housing opportunities.

Author: Co-author of a book titled “Secrets of Paradise” written in collaboration with Kenneth E. Guard. The book is largely comprised of notes obtained from a series of interviews with a selection of Southwest Florida’s authors, business leaders, entrepreneurs, philanthropists, politicians, stewards, and ambassadors.
