Creator of life-coaching tools for a happier, more organized life
Sydney Area, Australia
I’ve -
* had a corporate career
* run a successful freelance writing business
* gained degrees in business and psychology
* become a certified life coach.
I’m big on happiness, and I've -
* written a thesis on happiness (under submission to a peer-reviewed journal)
* blogged about happiness
* taught myself how to be happy, despite a charmingly neurotic and introverted temperament :-).
I crave a happy and organized life, and want to help others have one too.
I believe blame, denial and excuses are sometimes justified, but always keep you stuck.
Life is better when I make my own happiness.
I'm a psych graduate, writer and qualified life coach whose life really is organized - home, wardrobe, office, computer, fitness, social life - even my iPod.
I've had a corporate career, run a small business, studied full and part time, mastered technology and social media and created a home that's a sanctuary of order - all with an organized flourish.
My programs are based on the systems I've developed for a happier, more organized life.
