I am an experienced international professional in marketing, business and product management in the luxury products and services and in the innovative technologies field. I have led successful strategic projects for companies such as the prestigious jeweller Bulgari and, most recently, the Giorgio Armani group. I currently manage my own consulting practice.
My key expertise is in marketing innovation management and sales. I advise companies interested in acquiring or optimizing information technology, and consult on implementation and change management for maximum return on investment. My focus is on relationship marketing, including customer relationship, experience and loyalty management, followed by marketing resource management, specifically in the area of multi-channel integrated brand communication (including web 2.0 and mobile), retail, e-commerce and m-commerce.
I also collaborate with technology companies interested in tailoring their product offering to the specific needs and practices of the luxury products and services industry and advise on sales best practices, with consistent and satisfactory results.
