As a Sr. Lead at Cinram, I directly supervised 4 security team leads, and 20+ safety and loss prevention team members across 4 shifts at two separate facilities. I was responsible for maintaining required OSHA documentation and conducting OSHA regulated PIT safety classes. I also created and led the facility’s employee safety committee. I managed employee injury claims, and worked with the insurance provider, medical providers, and managers to minimize lost work hours of injured employees. On the loss prevention\security side, I led continual efforts to minimize loss by progressively seeking new ways of prevention. For most of my time in this position I reported directly to the director of HR. I left Cinram to pursue my interest in the IT field.
