As a contractor for Link, which resulted in an offer for full time employment, I developed customized web solutions for their initial Internet based vehicle tracking system. I designed and implemented their new corporate website, recommended server configurations and implementation for web based vehicle tracking applications, and coordinated new corporate intranet and internal servers (dns, vpn, and mail).
I was responsible for building the proof of concept customized web-based vehicle tracking system for Fed-Ex which monitored vehicle performance, location, speed, and other vehicle information in real-time. This project involved the use of HTML, CGI, Perl, Javascript, and CSS.
