After graduating from the University of Michigan in 2002, I spent a year working as a teacher's aide for autistic children (first-graders). I then moved to Philadelphia where I worked in Marketing for a non-profit.
I joined TheLadders.com as employee #11 in April 2004 and have helped the company grow to over 250 employees, 2,300,000 $100k+ job-seeking subscribers, and well over 35,000 recruiters.
