Michael Sacks’s Summary

Throughout my 17-year career, I have provided PR and Marketing Counsel to many prestigious law firms and medical professionals throughout the Philadelphia region. My diverse client list has also extended to businesses and organizations in both the corporate and non-profit sectors; including builders, technology companies, staffing agencies, toy companies the March of Dimes, and even Mister Softee.

Since 2000, I have dedicated myself to providing "lemon-aid" for distressed drivers as Director of Communications & Client Services for Kimmel & Silverman, the Nation's oldest and largest lemon law and automotive consumer advocacy firm (perhaps best known as 1-800-LEMON-LAW). Since our firm's inception, we have provided free legal help to more than 50,000 consumers, recovering more than $150 million for our clients.

My responsibilities include developing public relations and consumer education campaigns; managing the annual marketing budget; serving as Firm spokesperson; and coordinating all print, broadcast, outdoor and internet advertising. Our Firm has been featured in over 750 news stories, and I have been honored to work with such media outlets as Good Morning America, The CBS Early Show, Extra, Kiplingers, Consumer Reports, and Black Enterprise.

I also offer consulting services to businesses and professionals looking to increase their exposure on-line, in print, throughout their community and with peers in their respective industries. Specialties include website launches, special events, press releases, media tours, public affair campaigns and advertising placement. My roster of clients features real estate attorneys, a dermatology & cosmetic surgery center, an e-commerce website, a medical concierge service, and a local TV personality.

Have a question? After marketing everything from iris recognition technology to talking stuffed animals that promote family values, I've seen it all. Ask away at michaeljsacks@comcast.net.
