I am an aviation, admiralty and environmental law attorney. I have represented clients, worldwide, in these areas and have established an excellent network of international law firms. My experience in international aviation and admiralty cases spans three decades. Starting with my law practice, Pierce and Kiyonaga, in the Canal Zone, I represented the National Maritime Union and the Masters, Mates and Pilots, in their international maritime problems. Later, in 1985 I began handling aviation cases. Since then, I have successfully represented air crash victims in Spain, China, Indonesia, Russia, Cyprus, Thailand, Panama, Colombia, and the United States.
During the past few years, I have also focused on environmental pollution cases in Peru, Panama, and Indonesia.
Cross-border jurisdictional issues, in the above cases, require the cooperative effort and experience of top international attorneys. I pride myself in being able to network and succeed with these colleagues.

Pierce Global is a recently formed Panamanian corporation, dedicated to the practice of international aviation, maritime and environmental law and the formation of a global law network.
Our firm has formed key legal and corporate alliances with firms in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Far East. We can offer clients the international, cross-border sophistication they need to resolve problems and do business worldwide.
We represent several Panamanian indigenous tribes. They have vast natural resources in their "Comarcas" or Reservations. We are working with these tribes to develop their natural wealth, in the Darien Jungle and near Bocas del Toro, in an environmentally sound manner.
We are also working with law firms in other parts of the world to assure that environmental issues are well-balanced with natural resource development projects.
