I have over 14 years of experience in executive search and technology sales. Prior to joining Riviera Partners, I founded and managed a technical search firm, Koa Networks, focused on VP Engineering, Director Engineering and Sr Software Engineer assignments for early stage venture backed technology companies in the Silicon Valley. I felt by choosing to focus on technology related search, I would be able to leverage my BS and MS in Engineering and Information Technology and help companies find individuals that are responsible for building game changing applications and services.
Currently I specialize in retained search for executive talent in the following areas - VP Engineering and VP Product Management.
I began my business career in sales representing Altera, Fujitsu, LSI Logic and Lucent.
I have a passion for technology and working with the smartest operators in the Valley.
When I am not working, I am usually spending time with my wife Dina and our son Cesare. We live in Noe Valley and currently I am changing the color of many walls and re-landscaping.
Riviera Partners combines the best assets of large, boutique and solo search providers -- scalability, process, reach, partner-level service, personal relationships and guaranteed results – with unique IP and a sharp focus on venture-funded technology markets.
