Wise manages a large network of resellers and markets and sells product direct to consumer through a robust e-commerce presence and internal sales force.
As the digital marketing director, I assist with the company's lead generation, conversion, and nurturing efforts through methods such as email marketing, marketing automation, search engine marketing, social media, e-commerce, and affiliate sales.
Developed and directed the strategic marketing plan of this multi-million dollar healthcare organization consisting of 3 subsidiaries specializing in compounded medications, nutritional supplements, and CME accredited education. Led a team of 6 driving all online and offline marketing strategies, branding, communications, and in-house agency work. Business intelligence expert and marketing related IT system owner.
Attained a return on marketing investment of 3 to 1 over the last 19 months I was with the organization by responsible management of resources and uncovering data that provided insight into the effectiveness of campaigns as well as lead quality by channel.

Managed a team of pharmacy technicians responsible for providing a high level of customer service, quality, and accuracy by taking inbound calls from customers. As a technician, I was also responsible for establishing all prescriptions, assisting pharmacists in interpreting prescription medication, quantity and instructions according to the provider’s written instruction, and routing the established orders as dictated by departmental policies and procedures. Maintained performance metrics including Average Handle Time, Quality, Scheduled Adherence, and Queue stats while using efficient and appropriate work practices.
Worked part-time on and off at various Utah locations for about 5 years. I was part of various teams that set weekly and monthly sales goals and had fun achieving them. Became very familiar with and passionate about FranklinCovey's physical products as well as their organizational training for individuals and companies.
This was the first job I had related to web design and online advertising. I grabbed the domain name napsales.com, figured out how to host it, and then started developing the site using Microsoft Front Page, Access and some Photoshop. I would go to each of the three lots throughout the week, take pictures, get them in the database and get them online so visitors could search the inventory and then submit a credit app if they were interested. I linked up with AutoTrader at the time and leads were coming in like crazy. This is also when I first found out about Google Advertising and so setup an account and started sending traffic to the site for $0.05 per click or less! This is where the seed of online business potential was planted for me.
