I am the Product Manager at Borland working with the Together team on bringing out new solutions in the modeling space.
I'm also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) who, while at Borland, has helped companies improve their development processes and build their competency in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), including IT M&G (Management and Governance), be able to demonstrate SOX and other compliance, Program and Project Management (PPM), Requirements Definition and Management and Configuration Management.
I am interested in helping teams increase their performance through adopting Scrum and eXtreme Programming (XP) and organization's deliver more customer value adopting Lean principles across their organization's value chain.
Most recently, I worked with a team to deliver business intelligence (BI) and analytics across customer's application lifecycle by using ETL processes to populate a data warehouse with information from across their application lifecycle and to define measures that show alignment with their business goals.
