Building on decades of experience managing delivery of software products and services, I've spent much of the last seven years helping teams use agile methods, such as Scrum and Extreme Programming, to rapidly and regularly deliver business value.
I've worked with small startups and large enterprises, on both coasts of the United States and in Europe, as an employee and as a consultant/coach/advisor.
My aim is to continue learning from the teams I coach and sharing that knowledge widely, helping advance the state of software development, and empowering individuals and teams.
