Most people only know the first half of that quote, and it's consequently gained the wrong reputation because of it.

There is a lot of misinformation about Myers-Briggs Typology, and a lot of poor and unethical applications of the theory. Lack of follow-up and follow-through also plague most attempts at integrating the MBTI into the workplace culture.

Proper education, ethical application and appropriate integration are the three cornerstones that form the basis of the training program that I offer organizations.

Past clients include: Public Radio stations, non-profit institutions of all sizes, software start-ups, and large for-profit corporations.
