I started blowing glass in 1996, on a dare from my wife. The first time I sat at the bench to make my first vessel, the passion to blow glass was ignited. In 2000, I had a chance to work at the Chihuly Studio and took it. I left a successful career managing one of the largest wholesale bakeries in the Seattle area and became a full time glass artist. In the years since I have created a line of cremation urns that I call "Personal Temples". They are signed works of art that can be used to hold the cremated remains of a loved one. I believe that each life is a work of art, so why not spend eternity in one.
