In this role I guided the company through a 3000%+ increase in weekly profit in under a year. This was accomplished through revision of current and past bidding techniques, the launch and relaunch of websites, the expansion of products as well as the analysis and change of our business procedures.
I have interviewed for and filled a number of positions within OA and other sister companies. I have streamlined multiple employee activities through the development and implementation of a long term activity management system. Through determining the areas of interest and possible improvement for each member in my team, I have allocated tasks to keep team members interested and motivated.
Utilising my IT background, I have designed a large application (PAD) in UML 2.0 and written small applications. The purpose of PAD is to replace two applications which deal with information storage and the serving of online media as well as numerous spreadsheets. Through the implementation of PAD, OA should be able to effectively manage web pages, traffic flow and media purchase.
