Prior to joining Novations Group, Inc., Michael was an Account Director with TMP Worldwide and managed a team with revenues in excess of 5 million dollars. Before his position at TMP Worldwide Michael Worked at Right Management and DBM for over 6 years. He sold their entire portfolio including; Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Outplacement, Needs Assessments, and Change Management. Michael achieved Presidents Club and Team awards each year, and began a mentoring program that assisted in the on-boarding of new employees. He covered the Southern California territory and achieved annual revenue goals of 1.5 million dollars.
