Michael has over 14 years of Project Management, Earned Value Management, Project Portfolio Management and Knowledge Management experience. His international experiences include: Managing enterprise systems implemenations, business process re-engineering, EV analysis and systems assessments, and implementations of enterprise Knowledge Management, Project/Portfolio Management and Earned Value Management systems for Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies.
Michael has experience in the enterprise environment working in a number of roles including pre-sales, planning, assessment, project/engagement management and implementation support. In these roles he successfully scopes, designs and delivers systems implementation and development initiatives around Microsoft Project, Primavera, Deltek, forProject Technologies and other enterprise PM and EVMS product suites. These initiatives, which include tool configuration, process development, report design, data migration, systems integration and deployment, are tailored to the specific needs of clients and are included as part of an enterprise implementation methodology.
Michael has extensive experience with Earned Value Management Systems. With a solid understanding of ANSI 748 guidelines, Michael is able to provide training, business process development, organizational change and software implementation to help customers gain business value and achieve system validation.
Michael is a frequent speaker at project management symposiums, conferences and user groups presenting on topics such as Earned Value Management and Enterprise Project Management industry trends and best practices.

Prior to joining Pinnacle, Michael was an IT specialist for Computer Sciences Corporation, a Fortune 500 technology firm. In this role he was responsible for the implementation of high-tech product demonstrations for clients and had operational responsibility for the Corporate Learning Center, a high-tech training facility. During his tenure, Michael served on the architecture committee for Sources, CSCs acclaimed knowledge management system, and used his expertise to help drive a successful world-wide implementation.
