In this project, I took old paper methods of doing business, and transformed them into a site that gave users the ability to track a project’s progress, manage employee records, and receive, send and track inter-office messages. This solution was build on a Windows 2000 Server platform with a Access database back-end. The Access database was used to save money, and because the number of users was optimal for that database. Active Server Pages (ASP) was used to enable this data-driven Intranet.
