Currently serving (as of 03/10/2008) as Deputy Director for the Policy Office of the PA Department of Labor & Industry. Work involves labor & workforce related issues, particularly concerning economic development and workforce investment programs for the state.
Past experience includes considerable experience in community-based economic development (Peace Corps, Jewish Camden Partnership) and non-profit management.
Presently pursuing part-time graduate studies in economic development & growth at the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania and interested in getting into main street revitalization and/or urban policy, particularly related to the built environment, whether in the not-for-profit, private, or public sectors.
