Marc Grayson is the president and founder of the National Institute of Webographers, the owner of the REAL ESTATE WEBOGRAPHER™ certification. He has provided consultation to real estate agents and brokers in web-based technologies and implementation. In addition, he has provided consultation to Fortune 500 companies during product development of real estate technologies. He is an advocate for real estate technology adoption and implementation.
The Origin of an Idea
Noting many research studies from the Center for Realtor® Technology (CRT), it was deemed that brokers and agents are commonly “intimidated” by technology, where web-savvy consumers were causing a technology-“rift” between real estate professional and consumer.
Thus, Webographers.com and the REAL ESTATE WEBOGRAPHER™ is his latest venture, working with organizations such as the California Association of Realtors® and many industry leaders to produce the most innovative, real estate technology certification. -
