In between each workshop participants will be required to fulfill a short practicum where they will be asked to fully utilize their skills. All content is linked to competency requirements of International Association of Facilitators (IAF). Those graduating from the program will receive a certificate of completion from DeGroote and will be well on their way to getting certified by the IAF.
