Since 1999 I have been working with creative services for multiple industries, specializing in developing and implementing high-impact marketing collateral and facilitating advertising campaigns for individual, small and corporate businesses. I have an in-depth experience applying design fundamentals to produce both innovative print and web pieces.

I’ve worked on projects including corporate identity, logos, brochures, direct mail campaigns, magazine advertisements, trade-show graphics, extensive offering memorandums, photo manipulation and touch up, story boards, event planning, property signage, presentations, websites, SEO/SEM, email marketing, CPM/CPC ads, newsletters and reports. The current www.twitter.com/mgemporium shop has over 1,300 followers as of Sept. 2009

    • Managed the graphic department and collaborated with marketing assistants to direct designs, procedures and branding within the Las Vegas and Reno offices as well as coordinated advertising campaigns and placement
    • Created and implemented a local and national online advertising campaign for branding and a second campaign for recruitment of brokers
    • Created a social media review and guide to automated displaying of broker listings via RSS feeds to Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn among other social networking sites, such as BeBo, Hi5, Friendster, Ning and MySpace, also incorporated the use of Ping.FM
    • Worked with the Director or Marketing & Technology services supporting all Colliers Parrish Offices in CA and NV for the research and implementation of company wide collateral pieces and events calendar

    • Created and oversaw the design of all marketing materials for the Las Vegas and Reno offices including: quarterly newsletters, brochures and proposals for both commercial real estate property and luxury estates, as well as photo manipulation and three point color correction
    • Generated a feedback questionnaire and created a yearly and quarterly Marketing Report and Web Observations report
    • Designed from concept to production the Vegas Quarterly Report, later renamed the Las Vegas Quarterly, a quarterly combining of our Las Vegas Colliers market reports with additional articles and graphs from guest researchers and economic analysts
