Michael Gayle has a passion for creating wellness through awareness. He doesn’t sit still and wait for life: he experiences it. Michael treats every waking moment as an opportunity to learn, contribute and take action. This passion has translated into more than 13 years of remarkable results for clients ages 8-80.
Michael gives his all to his clients, and they return the favor. Through his motivation and guidance, they experience life-changing shifts that expand far beyond the physical. In addition to his energy, his first rate credentials have propelled him to become one of the top personal trainers in Minnesota. Michael's education, training and certifications include: former elite force U.S. Marine; BS Kinesiology and Minor in Nutrition, University of Minnesota; American College of Sports Medicine Personal Fitness Instructor; Stott Pilates; and personal trainer for clientele at The Marsh, Ritz Carlton and The Minnesota Vikings.
He believes that great physical fitness results from a deep emotional commitment to change. And through this commitment, people will fully realize their enormous potential. That is the overarching philosophy guiding how he runs his studio and inspires his clients and staff.
Although currently one location, MGayle Studio will be expanding to include 9 more studios in the Twin Cities Area, as well as starting fitness adventure “camps” for both kids and adults. The goal of these camps is to provide mentoring to children and foster the confidence that comes with personal strength.
Please contact Michael for networking, personal training, Pilates and corporate wellness opportunities.
