As Owner, President and CEO of Guidance, Jason’s philosophy of, “We Are Our Core Values,” has successfully delivered Guidance into its 15th year as a market leader in Southern California.
Today, Jason is responsible for defining corporate strategy, leading the Guidance team and serving industry leading clients. Through sustained innovation and a relentless commitment to creating measurable value for clients, Guidance continues its profitability and expansion into new markets as an experienced, cost-effective systems integrator.
Over the years, Jason has built new practices and successfully delivered them to market. In 2002, Jason was named one of the "Twenty Leaders to See in 2003" by the independent content management advisory, CMSWatch. He has also been responsible for Guidance’s strategic relationship with Microsoft. Currently, he is often found evangelizing the business value of Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
Prior to Guidance, Jason pioneered web application development solutions at the industry leading consulting firm Cambridge Technology Partners, a Novell company. Strong technical depth and a knack for client service led to Jason's success in identifying and solving business scenarios for Fortune 500 companies.
Jason has also worked with industry leading companies such as Chase Manhattan Bank and O'Melveny & Myers, LLP.
His current and former client relationships include, Foot Locker, Disney, Hyundai, Toyota, Motorola, Amgen, and hundreds of others.
A native Southern Californian, Jason holds a B.A. in Religious Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He and his family make their home in Hermosa Beach, CA.
