I have been a full time Realtor in Northern Virginia for over 6 years and a Broker for 3. I have extensive REO experience and great 'ratings' with companies such as IAS, Goodman Dean, National Default Servicing, Old Republic Title, Single Source, Bank of America, Fannie Mae and many more. I always complete tasks on time and pride myself on extensive knowledge of market values, cost of repairs, etc. so that the seller has all the information they need to make a decision on list price that sells inventory quickly and reduces hold time. I currently have over 23 active, prelist and sold listings for 2009 and my staff and I are prepared for more business. We are also currently doing 200+ bpo's per month in an accurate and detailed manner that reduces QC issues. My full time staff and I understand the needs of asset managers and the fast-paced REO industry. We utilize the latest technology to keep our inventory, reimbursements and monthly reports on time and with accurate documentation. We have a very aggressive marketing plan to get REOs sold that includes Washington Post Online, Craigslist, Postlets and our own personal website. We upload an interior virtual tour for all of our listings which allows the listings to be viewed 300% more online.
