I worked with press operators, machinists, electricians, and management to create and implement an operator-level troubleshooting guide for a splice-failure computer they recently put into use. In their effort for continuous improvement, the resulting guidebook, posters, and PowerPoint guides are now being used to teach employees and troubleshoot the root cause of splice failures on their Mitsubishi MHI presses.
