Advises leading IT firms on market strategy, competitive opportunity and messaging; designs, performs primary research.

Based on three decades of experience in the IT marketplace, from programmer to marketing and strategy, to analyst, to research executive, I make IT vendors more effective - with strategy analysis, competitive assessment, message testing, communications assistance in live and recorded settings, analyst relations consulting and primary research they can use internally or externally. My goal is simple - to help providers find and connect with the right prospects, deliver the right messages, and ensure that their products and go-to-market will stand up to marketplace requirements.
Understanding and communicating value, mapping the product landscape and opportunities, tuning messages. Sectors: software first, hardware and networks second. BI, data management and packaged applications are core - but I managed all tech research for a major firm and bring decades of insight and experience to all categories.
