Professional radio personality Ken Merson - the Merson Person - provided entertainment, information and companionship to legions of Baltimore Metro area listeners who accepted him as a friend and as part of their families. Major market broadcaster Ken Merson's highly-rated, 35-year tour of duty began with his career defining 8-year run at Metromedia's Full Service/AC WCBM-AM (1974 - 1982). The Merson Person's success story continued on FM at Scripps-Howard's legendary CHR B104 (1982 - 1986), Capitol's Hot AC MIX 106.5 (1986 - 1989), Oldies WQSR (1990 - 2005) under Sconnix, American Radio Systems, Infinity and CBS; and culminated at CBS Soft AC WLIF (2005 - 2007). Additionally, Ken racked-up 20 years as the Music Director for MIX 106.5, WQSR and WLIF. Ken launched Merson Person Voice Tracks in January 2007 with two great inaugural voicetrack clients Entercom's Classic Hits WOLX in Madison, Wisconsin and sister station Rhythmic AC SNAP 94.1 in Memphis, Tennessee. In addition to producing his daily voicetracks, Ken - a highly sought-after RCS Selector expert - is often called upon to consult and streamline music systems for great radio stations like 106.3 Charlie FM in Greenville, South Carolina; SNAP 94.1 in Memphis, Tennessee and WKTK in Gainesville, Florida.
