After 20 year in the hospitality industry, culminating as the Director of Revenue at the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston I wanted to be my own boss and have some flexibility for my children. Realizing that life as an entrepreneur and a starting up a retail venture, hours spent working would certainly not be less, I nevertheless took the plunge and trusted the universe. I had confidence in my business education and long experience travelling and working in Europe. I have developed an eye for quality, detail, a passion for thoughtful, personalized service, and a keen sense for customer relationship building. My general marketing, networking, and marketing database analysis skills are helping me build Night & Day.
My goal is to develop Night & Day to a solid enterprise that can grow to more stores, be sold, or franchised in the next 3-5 years.
After accomplishing that I wish to set up an independent consulting enterprise in the areas of customer service and process improvement. I believe my experiences have made me an expert in recognizing opportunities for service level improvements, and revenue growth opportunities within the service delivery cycle. I also love and have extensive knowledge in developing SOPs and training to support the service delivery process.

The Andover Business Center Association is managed and inspired entirely by its membership and is solely devoted to promoting and improving the quality of life in the Andover business and services community. The ABCA is a membership organization consisting of companies located in Andover, Massachusetts. Members are working together to make Andover a great place to shop, eat, work, and live!
