This is my current assignment at Tarrant County, Texas reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer. Responsibilities for this position are two-fold; 24x7x365 Operations of all Integrated Justice related Information Systems, as well as the continued Development and Deployment of all new Integrated Justice related Information Solutions. The scope of the Tarrant County Integrated Justice Core Competency Center includes the development and support of all information systems in support of the Civil, Criminal, Family, Justice of the Peace, Juvenile, and Probate justice domains. At present, there are 27 full-time County employees, 4 Full-Time Project Employees, 22 Full-Time Consultants from 5 Service Providers relationships, and 17 Software Manufacturer/Providers relationships under my direct management control. The FY-2008 budget for the Integrated Justice Core Competency Center is ~$8,000,000.00 dollars.
