Before joining Microsoft I worked for several CRM companies where I had the opportunity to work on CRM product development and Integration from early requirement specification stages to final solution deployment. Currenly I have have almost 9 years of experience with CRM in general and have performed various roles including – Support engineer, Account management, Senior consultant and Project manager.
Prior to my CRM career, I worked as a Field Service Engineer at Wang Global (now Getronics), responsible for the infrastructure of a large bank throughout the Netherlands. And I started my IT career as a System Administrator and Sales Rep at a Dynabyte store.
